The request procedure must be completed in the property owner's name, selecting the "Second home owner" section and attaching the relevant documents (identity card and TARI receipt). If the dwelling, or work destination, is located in Zone 1 (purple), the owner must enter the tenant's license plate number. Alternatively, for dwellings located in Zone 2 (yellow), entering the license plate is not required. If the owner is unable to personally complete the procedure, the tenant may do so on their behalf, attaching a copy of the owner's identity card and a copy of the last TARI payment receipt.
